How can I track my order?

We will send you an email with a tracking number once your item ships.

Are all your clothing items made to order?


Anytime you order any of our clothing items, you select the size, style, and color of your item. Since we don't keep any premade inventory, we never "run out" of a particular design.

Everything is custom made just for you! :)


How can I find the status of my order?

If you have an account with us, you can log in to your account and see the status of your order under Account > Orders.

Once your order ships, you should get a shipping confirmation email which will contain tracking information for your order(s). If you did not get this email, be sure to check your email spam filters.


Can I place a custom order?

Can I pick up my item?

As of right now, We do not offer pickup options for orders.


I need my items by a certain date, can you do that?

We will do our best to get your item(s) to you before the date requested.

Keep in mind our handling time is 3-5 business days.

We have a Rush My Order upgrade here, and we have a Priority Mail upgrade at checkout. If you choose not to purchase either of those options, we can't guarantee your item(s) by a certain date.


Can I change or Cancel my order after it's placed?

Please contact us within 1 business day if you need to make changes to your order.

If you wait any longer than that, we may not be able to cancel your order.


How long will it take before my item is delivered?

We can't guarantee shipping times.

First Class Mail (Standard Shipping) usually takes 3-5 business days.Priority Mail usually takes 2-4 business days.

These transit times do not include our handling time of 3-5 business days.

Actual transit times may vary due to weather, delays, etc.

Once your item ships it is out of our control.


My item isn't here, why does it say delivered?

If everything is correct, here are some ideas we suggest to help you find your order:

  • Check with your neighbors, roommates, apartment complex manager, and/or building lost and found.
  • Ask your postal carrier if he/she remembers your package and where it might have been left.
  • Please, call your local post office and ask them to do a check for your package. Ask them to look for your name, address, and tracking information.

Once the order has been marked as delivered, we do not have any further information regarding its location. 

Once your order status changes to "Delivered" you will have to file a claim with your local post office.

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do.
